Time vs Motion – MEDA201 Cameraless Film

My camera-less film represents rhythm in both visual and temporal ways.
The film is only 60 seconds long but the flow of time is is presented in waves through visual loops and cues. Time however moves separately to this rhythm and flows forward in bursts. The aim of this is to show how time can be affected by what we see. Using loops, not unlike drum loops, the rhythm is maintained and then released. The loops that reverse the film continue to progress it. This is my representation of rhythm.
